Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Champagne
  • 1 shot White Rum *Jamaican white rum for extra points*
  • 1/4 cup Ice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice Sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp Dragon Fruit (diced) fresh tastes the best
  • 1 Tbsp Pineapple Chunks fresh taste the best

Instructions

  1. Cut a fresh dragon fruit and fresh pineapple up. Cut them into chunks and place to the side.

  2. Add the ice to your cup first then slowly pour the champagne over the ice. (Slowly to avoid overflow)

  3. Now pour the pineapple juice and shot of rum in next.

  4. Add the lime juice sweetener and fresh chunks of dragon fruit and pineapple.

  5. Give the drink a slight stir to mix the ingredients together and enjoy!
