  • 5 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  1. Clean your chicken wings (I use vinegar), trim the extra fat off, and pluck any leftover feathers. Place the clean chicken in a large bowl.

  2. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and all seasonings (poultry seasoning, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and seasoned salt) to the chicken. Mix together well so the wings are evenly coated.

  3. Cover the bowl with foil or plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour or two. Overnight preferred.

  4. Once it has marinated, line your baking sheet with foil and place your cooling rack on top.

  5. Spray the cooling rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  6. Place the chicken wings on the rack with an inch between them if possible. Sprinkle with extra seasonings and brown sugar on top if you'd like. (Not necessary just extra flavor)

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes on one side then flip the wings on the rack and bake for another 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Let them rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
