A fun and easy Valentine's Day or any day dessert!
Clean your strawberries well and pat them dry. Lay them on a plate so they can completely dry and put the plate to the side.
In a small-medium sized pot fill it about 1/3 to 1/2 way and turn the heat on medium low. Pour your chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil in a glass (or heat safe) bowl. Place the bowl on top of the pot and stir until all of your chocolate is melted and smooth.
On a separate plate put a piece of wax paper on the plate and set to the side.
In a small sandwich bag use a rolling pin to crush your graham crackers until it is crumbled to resemble dust.
Take one of your clean strawberries and stick a toothpick in the top of it. Holding the toothpick roll your strawberry around in the melted chocolate until it's completely covered. Put your strawberry on the plate covered with wax paper and repeat with your remaining strawberries.
If you want crushed graham cracker added to your strawberry this is the time to roll your strawberries in it until it's well covered.
Place your chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes or until completely hardened.
In a separate smaller bowl melt your white chocolate chips and coconut over a pot until smooth.
Once your strawberries have set take a small spoon, dip it in the white chocolate, and drizzle small lines across as many strawberries as you would like.
Put your strawberries back in the fridge for 5 more minutes then enjoy!
