Happy first day of June everyone! June is the month that marks the official start of summer. The first day of summer is June 21st for those of you who are wondering. And how perfect is it that the first day of June falls on taco Tuesday! The same day I’m sharing the recipe for this beautiful Pineapple Watermelon Tequila Cocktail.
