Entry Way Decor & Makeover

entry way decor and makeover

March is here which means spring is right around the corner! We’ve almost made it through winter which is quite impressive when you consider 2021 is trying to out-do 2020. Whew, what a time to be alive. I decided this year one of my personal goals was to concentrate on more home decor. I found myself filled with ideas for every room, but never actually putting the pieces together in reality. For the month of March I’m going to share transformation Tuesdays for different places in my home. One of the first blank spaces I transformed was our front entry way area. The pieces for my entry way decor and makeover perfectly fell in place once I got going. It was meant to be!

Finding all of the pieces for the entry way only took about a week. I found everything I needed between Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, Target, and Walmart. It was truly a joint effort of my favorite places. Ha! I will share more details below of what store each piece of decor came from to achieve this entry way decor and makeover too. I’m not one of those secretive people when it comes to amazing deals and finds. Which is one of the reasons I decided to do a month of transformation Tuesdays. A lot of people think you need to spend ridiculous amounts of money to achieve your decor goals. With plenty of patience and searching for the perfect pieces it can happen with a frugal budget.

Decor Item Details:

I bought the large pillow, letter sign, and corner basket from Ross. All three of these pieces were less than $35.

The large gray border mirror was $12 at Burlington Coat Factory.

These are two of the same shoe racks next to each other from Target. At $35 each these were the most expensive purchases of the entire set up. But you can find shoe much cheaper to achieve the same goal.

The last piece I purchased to bring it all together is this coat hook from Walmart. I found it through Walmart.com for $15. It matched perfectly!
