There’s something about cranberries and pomegranates that scream Christmas time. Between the beautiful holiday red color and foods they mix with they’re a match in holiday heaven. If you know me then you know mimosas are my favorite celebratory drink. In case you can’t tell by the numerous mimosa recipes on my website. Ha! Mimosas are also the perfect adult beverage for any occasion because champagne is meant for celebration. They’re also extremely easy to make which is an important detail during the holiday season.

Tips for Cranberry Pomegranate Mimosas:

  • To achieve the ombré look the ingredients go in a specific order. (Read the steps in the recipe)
  • You can adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking. If you like more champagne (like I do ha!) then add more champagne and less juice.
  • I use white cranberry juice in this recipe for the ombré look you see in the photos. However, regular cranberry juice has the same taste without the look.
