  • 1.5 cup Strawberries
  • 1.5 cup Blueberries
  • 6 oz. Yogurt your choice of flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk

  1. Rinse and cut 1 cup of strawberries into quarters. Pour the quartered strawberries into you blender. Take your remaining half cup of strawberries and cut into smaller bite sized pieces. Sit aside.

  2. Rinse your blueberries and add one full cup to the blender. Set your remaining half cup to the side with the strawberries.

  3. Now add your honey, yogurt, and almond milk to the fruit ingredients already in the blender.

  4. Using your smoothie setting on your blender, blend the ingredients until they are well combined, and to your liking. Do a taste test and add more honey if you would like for extra flavor.

  5. Once you are completely done blending, pour your remaining strawberry and blueberry pieces into the mixture. Use a wooden spoon to gently stir the fruit into the smoothie mixture. (This will give you chunks of delicious fruit to eat in your smoothie pops!)

  6. Take your popsicle trays, and evenly fill them with the smoothie mixture, with half an inch or so of room left so they don't overflow. Pour slowly so the chunks of fruit don't cause an overflow as well.

  7. Place the popsicle sticks securely back into the trays of smoothies and let them freeze for 4-6 hours.

  8. Once they are completely frozen, remove from the tray, and enjoy!
